Party-Planning Checklist

Below is  checklist for to to ensure that everything is going to run smoothly and your child is going to have the greatest party of their life! (You can download a PDF version of this checklist here)

Pre-Party:
    •    Theme decided upon
    •    Party Location decided
    •    Party location booked
    •    Food menu decided upon
    •    Food and refreshments purchased
    •    Birthday cake made/purchased
    •    Games/Activities Decided upon
    •    Games equipment prepared (ie. CD player, Pass-The-Parcel)
    •    Invitations sent out
    •    Entertainer booked (hint, hint!!*)

*Children's Entertainer checked For:

    •    Testimonials/Recommendations from other parents
    •    Show/Package Options
    •    Prices
    •    Information Pack
    •    Availability!

The Day Of The Party:

    •    CD-player with fun music
    •    Name stickers/badges prepared
    •    Balloons tied to party venue door (to let people know they're in the right place)
    •    Pets shut away (if party is at home)
    •    Duties assigned to all those helping at the party
    •    Table set aside to receive presents
    •    Doors closed for "out of bounds" rooms (if party is at home)
    •    Meal for evening purchased
    •    Bottle of wine chilling in fridge!
