Live Training Workshop in Bristol

Saturday 12th May 2012
A number of years ago, I released a CD/DVD-based training system to help people starting out as children’s entertainers.
The system was recently re-filmed, updated and condensed into a 3-DVD set.
Once a year, I run a 1-day workshop in Bristol which is a live, interactive adaptation of the training system.
This year, the workshop will be running on Saturday 12th May (the day before the Bristol Society of Magic's "Day of Magic".)
The cost for the workshop is £75 and the day runs from 10am-5pm (with an optional meal out afterwards!)
Like the original system, the aim of this workshop is to help people learn how to effectively entertain children - and how to become a children’s entertainer.
- I’ll go into great detail about every aspect of my business.
- You’ll get to see and hear exactly what I do on a day-to-day basis.
- You’ll see samples of my confirmation letters and marketing materials.
- I tell you what props I use and where I buy them.
- There will be lots of hands-on practice - the best way to learn something new!
- You can ask me any questions you may have about this business
- You'll receive a copy of my 3-DVD training system (which retails at £50)
- You’ll see my 45-minute Magic FUN Show live, with an audience of real kids!
In short, this workshop will be like a mini-franchise for the children’s entertainment market - at a fraction of the price!
On February 2nd 2012, I ran a similar training workshop for McDonalds, training their Ronald McDonald entertainers how to perform sinmple but effective magic tricks!
Here are a few comments from attendees of previous workshops:

"Mike is something of a natural when it comes to entertaining kids - and he's pretty good at getting through to would-be children's entertainers too, as his day's workshop proved. A bright and enthusiastic presenter, he held everyone's attention and succeeded in communicating some very solid advice to those of us thinking of entering the lion's den. I was impressed by the degree of thought he'd put into all aspects of the business - from marketing through to how best to hold children's attention (laying on a show in front of a group of youngsters in order to show us how it's done certainly underlined the point that he knew what he was about!) Personally, I thought he covered off just about everything one needed to know to get started, especially as there was the opportunity to ask questions. Above all, it was exactly as it said on the tin - a FUN day!"
