Book Your Show
The booking forms below are for use once you have been in contact with Mike (either via phone or e-mail) and checked his availability.
(PLEASE do not fill out a form and make an online payment until you have checked availability with Mike!)
Once you've confirmed Mike's availability...
To confirm a booking for one of Mike's shows:
- select the show you would like to book by clicking on the relevant link below
- Fill out the required details on the form
- You will then be asked to make a £25 deposit via Paypal* (this deposit secures your booking.)
Once you have made the online payment, you will receive an (automated) confirmation e-mail.
Once Mike has received notification of your booking, as soon as he is back at his office, he will e-mail you a confirmation letter for your records.
And if at any stage of the booking process you should have any queries, please don't hesitate to contact Mike
*If you would prefer to pay the £25 deposit by cheque, that's no problem - just let Mike know and he'll send you the details!
